The Old Ystabal has been tastefully renovated and superbly equipped into a split level cottage with exposed beams, coal fire plus central heating throughout.

The lounge and kitchen are situated on the first floor, the lounge has a large picture window with magnificent views of Caernarfon Bay, where you can relax in the evenings and watch the sun set.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, micro wave, fridge/freezer, colour T.V. All rooms have sea and mountain views. There is an enclosed patio at the rear which also is a sun trap in the summer.

All on Ground Floor - Bathroom/Shower, 2 bedrooms, Kitchen/Diner, Lounge.

The Ysgubor has been tastefully restored, with its original beams, coal fire and central heating. Ysgubor has character of its own.

 The open planned kitchen/diner is fully fitted with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer and colour TV.

The lounge has a breath taking view of Caernarfon Bay. It also has a patio area.

The Area 

Cil-Coed Uchaf Farm House is situated half a mile from the quaint little village of Clynnog Fawr, which is on the coastal road between Caernarfon and Pwllheli. The village has one of the finest Churches in Wales celebrated as containing the burial place of St Beuno. There is an inn restaurant, a village shop and Post Office.

Snowdonia, Anglesey and Lleyn Peninsula are within 30 minutes drive, with Caernarfon and Pwllheli being your nearest shopping centre. This makes Cil-Coed Uchaf an ideal touring base. Nearest beach 5 minutes away by car.

Bookings:-

• Should you wish to make a reservation please telephone or contact us to check availability.

• Telephone bookings are held for four days pending arrival of the necessary deposit.

• Bookings are from 3pm on day of arrival, 10am on day of departure unless otherwise arranged as we need adequate time to clean and maintain high standards.

• Bed linen, cot, highchair are provided except cot linen.

• Electricity and central heating are included except winter months where there will be a charge of £12 max per week.

• Pets only by strict and special arrangement.

• Short breaks also available.

• Ample private car parking.
